Ada, Canyon home defaults, foreclosures expected to continue - POSTED: Monday, January 19, 2009 by Brad Carlson idahobusiness.net

Well, my new years resolution for my blog was to be consistent in new posts. Here it is the third week of January and I haven't yet posted. But, I must say that it is not out of laziness or nothing to write. I have a lot of things in the hopper I've been meaning to post. But, since the clock struck 2009 I have been showing houses non-stop. That's good for buyers and sellers (and me I suppose too!:-). However, I still plan to be more consistent in my postings this year even with my slow beginning. I look forward to it.

Happy New Year!
