Friday May 22nd the county Assessor’s office will be mailing out 2009 property assessment notices. It’s well understood property values in Ada county reflect a declining market.
Some home owners who purchased within the last year or so may well question the recent Tax assessed value of their homes. Recently I’ve been fielding more and more questions concerning this very topic.
